How do I book a space?
You can book the class by Emailing Heather – or using the contact form. Spaces are allocated first come first serve and spaces are only guaranteed on receipt of deposit.

When can I start Pregnancy Yoga 
It is recommended that you wait until you are at least 14-16 weeks pregnant before beginning pregnancy yoga. The first trimester vital life support systems are being put into place – yoga comes in many forms, asana (physical) is only one. I recommend this time as a time for rest conserving your energy for those sometimes tricky first months.

All Students

If you have any Pre-existing medical conditions or have had any serious problems during pregnancy, I may require a doctors note for attendance- please run this past your GP or midwife before starting the class and discuss with myself. Please don’t worry if you have never done yoga before, it’s a great place to start!

What is a block?
I run ‘rolling blocks’ own block commences when you wish ( space is class permitted ) you run within your own block.  The classes run in designated  week ‘blocks’.  All classes must be taken within your  term,

Blocks can accommodate ‘point of sale” declared holidays – i.e we work the  weeks round your holiday! There is a max 2 week holiday per 8 week block. and must be declared via email at point of sale. 

For  pregnancy classes  I do not offer a drop in option, as classes tend to run to capacity.

Where are the Venues  and what do I need to bring?

Edinburgh Classes are held at Santosa – 21 Albert Street Edinburgh just down from the playhouse

Glasgow Classes are held at Our World Yoga – 1000 Great Western road ( off street parking )

Bishopton Classes are held at the Cornerstone Old greenock road

Anything else I need to know?

No, it’s a very relaxed informal setting – – everything is provided, just wear comfortable clothes and perhaps a drink of water
