Get some movement in on Monday – Self Care in Lockdown Day 4
It’s better to start your Monday off with a bit of movement.
So today get outside – go for a walk, connect to your self and your surrounding and say hi with a smile to anyone that will listen.
I like to train the stairs at Kelvingrove. Lockdown, with all the gyms closed, has encouraged everyone to get outside and exercise more.
I’m personally loving it!
